The breakfast was wonderful and absolutely fantastic, offering a great variety of food. The location was fab, just a 10-15 minute walk from a large glasshouse. we were close to Chichester, the beach, Chichester Marina, and Pagham Harbour.

The king suite is gorgeous and has a TV set and coffee.

The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful garden view from the conservatory. the owner was nice and friendly. - the room was nicely decorated and equipped with a TV.

The breakfast was enjoyable and there were variety of options. The staff was amazing all the time. Its location at a short distance from St Anne was unique. Moreover, it's just off the grounds of the owner's house, Willow House, and the beach...

We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful couple of days. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were amazing! The location is great, right by the beach and just a short 30-minute drive to East Wittering, as well as the marina. We loved the conservatory with its beautiful garden, and the owner was very friendly. Plus, there was a Domino's Pizza just a 5-minute walk away.

The bedroom was comfortable. the bathroom was clean and had a walk-in shower with good water drainage. the location of the B&B is marvelous, being very close to the beach and a variety of local pubs and restaurants. It's also situated close to the coastline.

Luxurious king suite that looked straight out of a magazine 🌟. They had handy stuff like an iron, coffee/tea makers, and a TV in the room.
